  • 1 cup full cream milk
  • 1 cup custard apple pulp (seeds removed)

Options to try:

  • replace milk with almond milk, coconut milk or soy milk.
  • add yoghurt, plain or strawberry
  • add honey
  • add ice-cream
  • sprinkle with nutmeg

Method

  • In a blender add ingredients and blend until thick and smooth.
  • Add honey and whiz until combined.
  • Pour mixture into a tall glass and sprinkle with nutmeg.
