Ingredients
- 1 cup full cream milk
- 1 cup custard apple pulp (seeds removed)
Options to try:
- replace milk with almond milk, coconut milk or soy milk.
- add yoghurt, plain or strawberry
- add honey

Method
- In a blender add ingredients and blend until thick and smooth.
- Add honey and whiz until combined.
- Pour mixture into a tall glass and sprinkle with nutmeg.
