Ingredients
- 1 custard apple
- 250 grams yogurt
- 1/8 tsp saffron
- mint leaf
Method
- Take out the flesh and get rid off the seeds.
- Collect the pulp then transfer to a food processor or mix very well in a bowl with the yogurt.
- If using a food processor, pulse until soft and creamy.
- Garnish with Saffron strands and mint leaf.
- Chill or serve immediately.
