- Half a custard apple (wrap the other half in cling wrap and save in the fridge for later)
- Plain or fruit flavoured yoghurt
- Chopped mixed nuts or muesli
- Scoop out the flesh from the custard apple into a breakfast bowl and top with yoghurt and nuts or muesli.
