Something different for a sweet afternoon treat, or as a dessert.
Ingredients
Rum fool:
- 1 sheet ready-made puff pastry
- 1 custard apple, cut and de-seeded
- fresh or frozen berries
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon icing sugar
Method
- Cut the pastry sheet in half and place onto a greased sandwich maker. Fill with some custard apple flesh and berries.
- Cover with remaining pastry, close sandwich maker and seal all edges. Cook until golden.
- Dust with cinnamon and icing sugar mixed together.
- Serve with extra berries, cream or ice-cream.
