Bring on Christmas in July! but why wait to enjoy this delicious delight.
Ingredients
- 1 medium custard apple
- 1 cup skim milk
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 tablespoon honey
- Nutmeg, cinnamon for sprinkling on top
Optional Alcohol:
- A splash of either rum, whisky, and/or brandy to your taste.
Method
- Blend custard apple flesh to a puree.
- Heat milk in saucepan, bring to the boil, remove from heat and whisk in egg yolk and honey.
- Stir over low heat again until slightly thickened then stir in the custard apple puree.
- Pour into 2 cocktail glasses and a sprinkle of nutmeg and cinnamon (a cinnamon stick is perfect for a more festive display).
