Method
- Claret Sauce - Boil a stick of cinnamon, ginger syrup & ginger & its cubes cut in slices, claret & suger
- Custard, Yoghurt or Cream - above, below or beside the segments
- Honey, Rum, & Lemon Juuice - (1 tbsp of each) Microwave 1 minute. Pour over fruit.
- Ice Cream - Bought or homemade custard apple ice-cream
- Lemon & Ginger Arrowroot - Cook white sauce with flavours & garnish dish with grated lemon
- Mellow Yellow - Mix a medium custard apple pulped, 2 bananas, juice half a lemon, 250ml cream
- Orange - An orange sauce made with orange juice, its rind & sugar boiled.
- Pureed Fruit - Such as raspberries, kiwi fruit, or strawberries look and taste good with this dish.
- Savoury - Combine lemon juice, stock cube, ginger, honey & cornflour. Then add strips of capsicum & diced custard apple (African Pride)
- Sweet & Sour Custard Apple - Place sweet pulp over passionfruit pulp.
